So we all survived yesterdays practice in the cold -- and hopefully you enjoyed the cookies at the end! We will have our last practice on Friday and you can choose to do whatever technique you want - yay! The season is coming to a close for us, which is really crazy as it seems to have gone by so quickly. The Bill Koch Festival is happening on the 26th and 27th where at least a handful of our skiers will be marching in the opening ceremonies, doing a relay as part of the Northwest Vermont Team and then participating in a classic race on Sunday.
Even if you are not going to the festival (although there is still time to sign up - http://www.skireg.com/events/register.asp?EventID=3183) I hope that you all will continue to ski while we have the snow for it and I encourage everyone to come party at our end of the season get together. We are looking at the weekend of March 5/6 for a party so get ready!! I will keep you updated on exact plans.
