If you are feeling a bit bored over vacation...start thinking skiing!!
Things you can do in the next two weeks:
(****these are just suggestions and videos are just for helpful hints if needed, watch videos at your own risk and do activities at your own risk :o) remember to start out slow! and my apologies that the videos aren't fitting quite right)
-go skiing!!
-other aerobic activity (go for a run, go snowshoeing, ride a bike, etc.)
-STRETCH!
-strengthen your legs - squats, lunges, etc.
-strengthen your core - sit ups, crunches, other ab exercises (no need to use any special machines or as seen on TV specials, you've got your body so use it! some of these in the video are pretty tricky, but if you want to give them a try, go for it!)
-strengthen your arms (while engaging your core) - push ups, triceps dips (you can use a bench, the edge of a chair, etc. and may do them with knees bent or with legs out balancing on your heels)
