Cross country skiing?

We have several skiers who have already been working on some of their freestyle skills when we've had downtime...I had mentioned Andy Newell to you guys and here is a video of him on his cross country skis doing some stuff that is usually not considered cross country. Obviously this won't be the focus of our practices, but some of this stuff really does help you get comfortable on your skis and with balance, moving in space, weight transfer, etc. I do need to say, however, do not try this at home and WEAR A HELMET! (also, I didn't listen to the lyrics of this song very closely, so play at your own risk)
